Updated. Please tell “Plumber’s Helper” to respect his neighbors with “no wake” before sunrise! Arrogant. we make multiple trips to BHLM every year because it has the best facilities and staff of any marina in the area. it truly feels like a resort experience. the pool is wonderful and stays open until 3rd week of the month. Martin and his team are extremely helpful. see you again next year!

Beautiful marina area but it advertises swimming pool as an amenity and don’t tell you it’s another $75 per day to use and there are only a limited # of daily passes that were gone already. Disappointing for kids traveling with us

I love this marina! It's absolutely beautiful and the services are top-notch. The shower area was really nice, with individual shower/bathroom rooms available for use. There's also a laundry area for $2 a load. They even loan out e-bikes. There is a fun waterfront bar/restaurant called Brandy's right on the water, as well as a nice upscale restaurant called Nomad which also has beautiful marina views. There are shops, art galleries, a wine bar, a little market and deli, all right near the waterfront. Lots of really great bike paths as well. Perfect setup!

This place is top notch. It can get busy at times but outside of that I'm not sure theres a better place in Michigan. Probably in the Midwest.

Marina was great. Wonderful bathrooms and coffee machine. Laundry in the boaters lounge. Helpful staff. FYI if you have not been to Bay Harbor… no fuel in the lake or grocery store…Petoskey is the closest and Bay Harbor doesn’t have a lot to do at this time of year.
