Absolutely top notch - Steve, Ed and the entire team could not have been nicer or more helpful. Also, the marina is spotless, and the facilities (including sparkling clear saltwater pool) are fantastic. Finally, the location is just enough out of the center of town to allow for quiet evenings, while still providing easy walking access to all shops and restaurants. My wife and I could not have been more pleased with our stay.

Best marina we’ve stayed at. If you’re coming to Newport, stay here if you can get a reservation. Steve keeps it immaculate, pool has great views out to the harbor. Steve delivers first class service!

Everything about it is perfect. The docks, power stands, facilities and location are the best. Furthermore, the Dockmaster is a total pro.

It is an excellent marina. That is very well run the Dockmaster Steve is a true profession.

What a great place to stay. Very close to great restaurants. Two blocks from a great park where I could run my dog. The Reef bar and restaurant right at the top of the dock! Everything you need!

Five stars without question. We'll definitely dock here in future Newport stays. Everything about our visit here was top notch: The professionalism of the dockmaster (/owner?) and his team, the quality of the docks, infrastructure and facilities, the security of the docks, and the VERY welcome swimming pool. We were the tiny (36') boat nestled in among 100-150' yachts, yet we were treated as kindly, and supported just as well as them. As with any location where big boats abound, be prepared for "big boat" stuff - cooling water exiting from boats, yacht crew taking care of the boats, and all the things that are part of boating life. But, none of it was a problem for us; we felt kinda cool being on-board operators among all the big boys. And while some locations in Newport can be loud from nearby retail / commercial happenings, this marina is on the southern end of Thames St., which is a bit quieter on its own. And the one restaurant operating next to the marina (The Reef) was nicely quiet when it came time to turn in for the night (though we were there Wed/Thu nights; we can't speak to Fri/Sat/Sun). And the food there was so good we ate both our lunches there. Definitely our choice for staying on our next visit. By the way: If you're looking for a nice walk when visiting Newport, check out the "Colonial Tree Walk" on AllTrails - and be sure to read the notes about all the trees being pointed out within it. We LOVED taking a walk through historic parts of Newport and learning so many things about very notable trees the locals have preserved and loved!

Great location, skilled Dockmaster, solid docks & power.

We’ve been to many marinas this year, and none compare to the condition, cleanliness, facilities and attention of the Newport Marina. It’s a great location , very nice and pristine pool, outstanding floating docks, shower, laundry facilities. We’ll certainly be back.

Always a wonderful stay at the Newport Marina. One of our favorite stops each summer. Extremely well managed facility with a helpful staff that deserves more than 5 stars. I can’t say enough good things about this marina.

Steven the Dock Master does a great job. The entire marina is maintained immaculately especially the bathrooms and laundry room.

Newport Marina at Lee’s Wharf is class act the surroundings of the marina are in the heart of Newport’s Thames St. shopping district and Steve the Dock Master is clearly on his game keeping everyone happy can’t say enough about his roll there and the facilities are awesome the weekend was a perfect 10 staying at this Marina well worth the money.
