Very accommodating when all the Norfolk Portsmouth were all full due to weather.

Great dock hands. Good gas price at $4.00. CON large yachts tossing large wakes in the no wake zone. The “holy crap” kind of wakes! Extra fenders are needed on the floating docks.

Good docks. Bathrooms only open when office or restaurant is open. Pump out was okay. Fuel access and price was incredible. Restaurant was really good, best lamb chops I’ve had in a while. Need more power stations. Had to get an extension. Great place for an overnight . Would not stay there more than that.

The facility has no laundry, the bathrooms closed at 5 and nothing in walking distance.

Great Fuel price and a great location close to the Great Bridge Lock. Deli sandwiches were delicious. There's a restaurant here too that I didn't get a chance to visit. Dockmaster was very helpful as we arrived just as a squall came thru. Fueled up, pumped out and docked stern to so our bow broke the minimal wakes from boats passing by. Got a great night sleep and off early in the am. Lots of grassy areas to walk the dogs too. Will definitely come back.

Easy dockage very helpful people grabbing your lines. Gas is a great price. Clean and friendly. Unfortunately we did not have the pleasure of eating at restaurant or deli looks good. Appreciate being able to gas up and wait for bridge opening etc. Only suggestion: slip numbers facing the water. Or on confirmation email: a map and circle the one assigned. Helps in prepping lines and finders.

Clean, neat and helpful. Everything one needs for a stop over before the Great Btidge Lock. Water is currently shared between docks with a long hosepipe, but a water system is coming I’m told.

Marina itself stayed open through the COVID scamdemic. Docked them 1 star because the on-site restaurant closed during the scamdemic. Dry storing my boat there for 4 years and counting. Plenty of docks, wash racks, plus fuel and pump out that is easy to access. Dockhands are helpful and mechanics handle the maintenance.

These guys were amazing. We got our dinghy lines wrapped up in our prop on a Saturday morning. We were unable to free the last line so we called Top Rack to see if they could haul us out if we were able to limp in. They said they could use their forklift to raise us up. When we arrived, they were there waiting & lifted us up, pulled the line off & had us back in the water quickly. They were so friendly & helpful. We'd give 10 stars if we could - highly recommend!

What a great place to keep your boat. Plenty of service for docking and the Amber Lantern Resturant is a must to dine at. They give free dockage while you enjoy the best food on the river. Fuel is the lowest any where in area and very clean showers at the marina. Great place to try.

I had my 2006 27 Formula serviced and winterized there just recently. Brandon, in service, was so helpful and honest.I must state that it feels great to finally find a marine mechanic that is truely honest!! I had some fiberglass repair done and they used a subcontractor. His name was Andy Thompson and did a fantastic job, really can't tell where the fix was made. I plan on dry racking my boat there this summer. I have keep my boat at other storage marinas in the area but Top Rack is so clean and new. It has to be the nicest marina I have ever seen. One note on customer service; Brian the marina manager was so helpful. I give him a "A" grade with customer service and support. Great people over there at Top Rack Marina.
