Amazing place!! Great staff

Amazing staff and a wonderful place to tie up for a few days. Sitting in the shadow of the Emerald Grand with a short walk to great restaurants music and a great nightlife. From The help on the dock to the office staff it was a wonderful stay.

Great stay. Accommodating for extending stay for mechanicals.

Great location, staff was friendly. But… wish there were bathrooms were not public, showers a lot closer and available longer than 9-5pm, and laundry available. Also there was karaoke every night until midnight. Also, boat traffic all day, lots of rocking in the boat.

Great place to stay will return on future trips

Staff was courteous however the marina had a major issue with too much power and we could not use the plug in at all. Ran the generator all night. They did refund our dock fees which was the right thing to do. Other than that, great place!

Loved this place. The Christmas decorations, music, restaurant, even though its down season it was very special. I will be returning in the Summer fir sure!

Facilities and staff were excellent! We were fortunate enough to be there for the Destin Christmas parades on land and water! Highly recommend this Marina! Chris and Lydia

Great stay. - super helpful, were there on the dock to meet us and assist with fuel, pump out, water etc. - didn’t laugh to hard at us newbies trying to learn our new boat!

Great friendly staff and perfect location to be close to everything

Very convenient place to dock with lots of shops and restaurants. Staff is very nice and helpful. You are on a busy channel so tie your boat properly. Not everyone is courteous in the no wake zone. Staff and location is why the five stars

Staff was great, but we couldn’t get power. Their power wasn’t working for us so we had to turn on generator all night long. But they are going to comp the night they said

All was well Really friendly. The only problem was the 50 amp was not working properly and would not service the power required for the boat. We had to stay on generator. I hope they get it fixed as we would stay often. They comped the whole stay though. We will go back soon, if they have 50 amps!

We rented a slip for 5 days and they put us in the gas pump/store slip. A few times we tried to go into our slip and other boaters were in our “rented” slip. This was not the boaters fault, as they were just getting gas or going into the store, they was no sign or anything saying the slip was rented . We fell like we paid a lot of money to RENT a slip, other boaters should not been able to use it. We put bumpers up, and lost one of them, as I am sure they were being used by the other boaters. The boys that work there FORD and PEYTON, could not have been nicer, more respectful and helpful, they rock!

Great facility in Destin Harbor, friendly & helpful staff

Easy to park out front. Attendant came out and helped tie us off. Very convenient if your staying on or near the boardwalk. Transient slip was a bit pricey though.

Staff was very accommodating made the stay easy and very enjoyable. Definitely recommend going there and I’ll be back. Miss B

This marina and their staff are absolutely the best. Their kindness, attention and professionalism is incredible.

What an amazing location and an even more amazing staff. This was a first trip to HWM for us. We have visited several times staying in hotels and thought we’d make the trip via boat this time. The marina is an active one with several charters and restaurants so if you’re looking for a quiet docile environment be prepared. We enjoyed the people watching, walking, shopping and dining. We rented a car one afternoon and took a trip up to 30A. We loved the spa access and the parking pass provided. It was an awesome 4 night stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a great marina visit. I have to say it again… the staff was incredible we can’t say enough about them.

High traffic area. People don't obey the no wake zone. Every 15 minutes a massive tour boat comes buy and blows the horn at Harry T's. On Thursday's, Harry T' has Kareoke into midnight. So loud and the worst screaming i have ever heard. My boat got beat up. The dock is high and it's difficult to tie off. There's no cleats on the dock itself, only on the posts about 6 to 7 ft above the water line. There's no boards to put bumpers on at the dock, they boarded on the inside of the posts instead of the outside... they do that everywhere. Terrible design and no one seems to care to do better. I had to share a hose with my neighbor who actually fixed it himself. It took a day to actually get shore power. We were supposed to have access to the spa showers which closed at 5. We went at 4:45 and they said it was too late. Then the next day we went at 4pm. We waited 15 minutes while the lady was on the phone. Then she told us they were closing early. I ended up buying an inline propane hot water heater, strapped it to my boat and showered in the bay. The rest rooms are public restrooms... they're for everyone. The marina doesn't have dedicated rest rooms. The pump out was the worst. The dock is about 10 ft above the water line. The cleats are even higher on the posts. Ihad to do the splits, hanging off a ladder trying to pump out my boat. Got sprayed full of sewerage. Its the dumbest setup i have ever seen. Parking is a mess. There's definitely no place to park a boat trailer. The destin boat ramp is in really poor condition and tiny. My trailer scrapes the ground because the ramp is so short. The boat doesn't come out straight because the ramp is not level left to right. It's so uneven that the left side of my boat hit the trailer wheel well. Some teenager kept trying to grab my boat with a massive metal hook with no padding on it. It's ansurd actually. Not sure why the locals don't get in there and fix it. Destin is great, pity about the set-up. The only good part is the lady that owns the storage place right next to the marina. Great place to leave your trailer but very expensive for what it is. Wont be coming back to this marina or the ramp. It was terrible and definitely not relaxing. Loved destin. The views, people, beaches, fishing, ... all great. Boating amenities are really third world compared to pretty much everywhere else I've been... including third world countries. $150 a night... just terrible. I've paid half that and had much better facilities.
