Just a few items broken or in poor condition. Really miss the professional and courtesy of Of the help from the beginning. Not being a 30 contract but only a 1st-EOM. Is strange. Would use it more if easier conditions.

Between the excessive barnacle damage to my boat and someone removing my dock lines without my permission I would advise against using this marina.

Regarding the removal of your dock lines, our investigation found that a nearby boater reported you had taken all your belongings, including the dock lines, when you left. We understand this may have caused confusion, and we’d like to discuss this further to resolve any misunderstanding. Please contact us at the office next door, to share more details. On the matter of barnacle damage, we appreciate your input about antifouling paint. Additionally, we offer slips with the option to install a boat lift, which can prevent barnacle growth on your hull. The marina is in a very secure location right off the St.John’s River. Since they offer floating docks, I never worried about leaving my boat and heading to town. Will definitely return!

Very nice new marina. My only disappointment was that I had to check out Early from my monthly stay but never got a partial refund.
