We had a great experience launching & docking our boat at Three Waters Resort & Marina. Zach was extremely helpful as well as all the other staff members at the hotel during our 3 day stay.

I want to say that this was the best experience i’ve had at a marina. This is my third trip to Three Waters this year with the boat and it gets better every time. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Keep up the good work and can’t wait to come back again.

Marina staff are helpful and courteous. Was there for a fishing tournament. Only had one common issue. Though they say they close at 5pm, I pulled up at 445 to get fuel and they said they were closed. Fuel service shits down earlier than the store

Always a lovely stay at Holiday Isle! Although its changed from that to Post Card inn to not Three Waters Resort the ambiance, the people & the food are always on point! Love staying here been coming here for years & will continue to do so for years to come. I love this resort!

We stayed at the marina- resort has great tiki bar, wonderful pool and small private beach - Great marina, very friendly and accommodating staff - general resort manager personally visited and welcomed us to resort. Easy access to fuel dock.- per Towboat US Captain “stay close to green channel markers avoid the red ones if you don’t want to run aground”

I would have given this a 5 if it wasn’t for one incident that we believe could had been handled so much better. We were able to stay at the number one building so we could see our boat the whole time. As for the marina staff, class act. They were very helpful getting us launched and we felt confident that the boat would be safe the whole time we were there. Would highly recommend this location.

Despite me paying $$650 for a slip that included shore power and water. The shore power was off for three nights of the five days that we were there resulting in dead batteries in my boat and not being able to use it as much as we intended to. The other boat at the end of the Marina said that the Marina refunded half of their payments because of the no power problem but by the time the Marina store was closed.
Also this morning, while pulling my boat out of the water the Marina employee was extremely rude. He saw our trailer parked in tongue first in the trailer parking area and asked me why we parked like that? I said because that’s the way the Marina guy pull us to park on Wednesday. He looked at me and he said good luck getting that out lock the gate when you’re done and then walked away offering zero help and being super rude.

The staff at the The Waters Marina were very helpful. My purpose there this
past week was a family fishing adventure. We are fishermen, I would have
appreciated if they sold live shrimp there, as well as stay open past 5pm,
maybe 6pm? Otherwise, the berth was good and safe even when the winds
picked up.

Beautiful Marina. We met friends for the weekend. One couple on another boat, three other couples stayed in the hotel. We had a wonderful time and really hated to leave. Great restaurants, beautiful views, easy access.

Great spot, beautiful facility. The hotel and grounds are impeccable with restaurants, pools, tiki bar. The marina could use more amenities for boaters (bath house, laundry). Overall- great place to stay!

Upon arrival the dock guys were great and helped with docking our boat. Really great job. On our departure, we stopped to get gas and the gas attendant did nothing. He showed up after we tied up our boat. Had to get out of the boat to scan & pay, he gave us the gas handle. When done he took it back then left the dock. No assistance with the ropes. Nothing. We have been here many times and never did we experience this. Bad customer service. I hope it was just this one guy - he needs a lesson on customer service OR he should just stay home on his couch.

Marina docks, though limited for transients is well built, well staffed, protected basin. Marriott renovation of the prior Post Card Inn & Marina is quite spectacular. Well maintained, clean, landscaped, numerous amenities. We stayed 4 nights, overall delightful experience.

Booking Info
The Marina's power pedestals are GFI Compliant. Should your vessel not be compatible it will trip the breakers. If the breakers trip, your only option will be to power via a generator. You will be responsible for bringing a working hose and at least four (4) extra dock lines with your vessel.
