Facilities are great friendly service

Very good but due to a severe ice storm 10 days earlier, no power, no water. It would have been nice to be given a discount because of this. Nice facility just arrived during a difficult time.

Enjoyed the stay. Courtesy car was great for running errands. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Prices for dockage and fuel were very reasonable. Would choose this as a priority spot when passing through.

Boat repair. We bent a prop and a prop shaft. Props were off the next day. Great. Prop shaft was out a few days later. Also great. Props taken to shop and fixed within a couple of days. Great. However, prop shaft did NOT get sent to repair shop for evaluation and/or repair, instead it sat in the marina shop for two and a half weeks. We live on the boat and so were staying in a hotel. Not great. Finally, by calling both the service manager and the prop shop repeatedly, I discovered that no one had even taken the shaft in for assessment to see if it could be fixed. Instead, during the end of the third week, someone decided to order a new one without asking us. I darn sure would not have ordered one without first discovering if ours was indeed non-repairable. Instead, no one called, no one did anything, the shaft just sat there for over two weeks. They finally took it to the shop where it was repaired the next day. When I would call the service manager about our boat he would tell me "I don't know" and go ask someone else. Since when does a service manager not know what's going on in his shop? There was no communication, no responsibility, no follow-up, no anything. We were left in the dark. The mechanics were very competent, the management was not. UPDATE: Management called and apologized, so hopefully they are now aware of the issue and will do something about it.

Awesome place as always. Extremely friendly and they go out of their way to try and accommodate you during your stay. They have 3 courtesy cars available to you for those much needed trips in town for supplies or to run to the Outpost for a delicious meal. Earl’s Grill being located right at the marina is an excellent asset to the marina and definitely worth a visit. Loved our trip down and will make many more to stay with the folks at Safe Harbor Aqua Marina.

This is a large full service boatyard/marina that offers all the basis services. We tend to prefer the smaller family owned marinas where amenities are closer together and there is a bit more character. We arrived at Aqua Yacht on. Sunday. The fuel dock was responsive and helpful. However, the bathroom/shower facilities seemed miles away from our dock, and our location on the transient wall was subject to constant waking during the day (not bad at night). The bar offered predicable pub food (mostly fried) but was still a welcome site on a cold Sunday night. In summary, nothing wrong with this place, but nothing special either.

Everyone was very nice bathrooms clean

Good communication and assistance docking. Clean restrooms and showers. Great service department-Matt came out and resolved our generator issues promptly. The service office/ship store had nice knowledgeable people. The only reason for only 4 stars is there were not enough shower/toilets

We docked at Aqua Yacht for a week during October 2025. Randy and his team were spectacular. Upon our arrival, Randy reached out with all of the marina information and then checked in on us daily while walking the docks. He made it a point to address all boaters by name which is no small task considering the number of Loopers coming and going on a daily basis. He was organized - knowing how many boats were coming and going each day and making sure everyone knew their slip assignments. The docks were well cared for as well as the facilities. The showers and restrooms were clean, the workout room was small but provided plenty of equipment, and there were several courtesy cars. Amazon packages and other deliveries were labeled and placed in the maintenance shop for pick up and we even had a prop shipped in. As an extra bonus, the restaurant on site (Earl’s) has a great atmosphere, delicious food, cold drinks and free pork rinds. All in all, this was a great stop for us on our loop!

Full service marina with a team of competent mechanics. Fully stocked parts department. Great stop for quick prop repairs and preventative maintenance. Several courtesy cars to get you to town. Restaurant on site is very accommodating. Laundry is not available yet and showers are a bit of a walk from the transient pier.

As always Safe Harbor Marinas go above and beyond. Aqua Yatch was no exception. Everyone from the fuel dock, office and service/ paets department that we met were super kind and helpful. The grounds, courtesy vehicles and restrooms all taken very good care of.

Always great service from Randy and his crew. Definitely a busy time of year with a half dozen loopers showing up all at the same time. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A great stop, nice helpful people. We took advantage of their courtesy car to run some errands. The restaurant on site was good as well.

As loopers, we arrived slightly after 5pm and the fuel docks were closed. Dockmaster, Randy, not only met us at our slip to help us dock, but he also showed up at 645am Sat morning instead of 8am so that we could get fuel by our 7am departure. Did we ask him to? No, he just knew we had wanted to fuel up and came after the fuel docks closed and planned to leave before they opened. This was above and beyond customer service and it was greatly appreciated. Also nice marina, wide slip access, well marked. We will return if ever in the area.

Laundry was out of order. Pumpout full. 2 main reasons for going to a marina so very disappointed. Appreciated use of the courtesy van. Didn’t go to the restaurant or pool.

What a great stay! Randy the dock master went above and beyond making us welcome. Give that man a raise! His staff were equally accommodating. Everything from fueling to pumping out and docking. We did wind up needing some service and the tech Marcus took care of us the next day. Overall a top stay on our Great Loop Adventure

Great 2 night stay. Only downside was the laundry was closed but we were told the best place to do the laundry was across from Walmart at the new laundry in Savannah, TN. We were going that way anyway with the courtesy car so it all worked out. Nice slip, easy in and out.

Can’t say enough good things about Randy and his crew here at Aqua Yachts south of Pickwick Lock. Multiple loaner cars for the volume of visiting Loopers, great service dick with pump out and reasonably priced diesel ($4.19) and Resturant (Earl’s) close to Dock D (more commonly known as the Looper Dock/Sailboat Dock). Excellent staging area for the run down the Tenn-Tom. Take advantage of the Dock D Tiki Hut for Docktails!

The docks are in good shape but I had to cob web and sweep the pier because it was very dirty. Biggest problem is totally inadequate restrooms and nonexistent laundry. There were only two functional showers for men that were at the (closed) pool and .2 miles and 80 foot above most slips. One on the two toilets at the restaurant was too filthy to use. This facility is not up to the standards promised on safe Harbour’ glossy web page and/or Dockwas.

We have a power cat that we needed winterized and stored but we’re having no luck due to our size until we found Aqua Yachts. They took care of everything - including some repairs we wanted. Smooth sailing.
