Very nice stop on the ICW. We were headed to Keys and it was a decent stopover. More sailboats than powerboats.

Great stay on way north. Jess helped tie lines perfectly and were secure during heck of a thunderstorm. Bought a few items at Marina store and appreciate the nice stay.

For the one night it was nice. Staff was at the docks to greet us and catch lines, check in was seamless as they already had all info from Docwa. Clean bathrooms/showers, laundry was $2 a load and $1 a dry. Checkout was easy.

Outstanding facility and service!!! The ladies in the office were extremely helpful and Mark our dock hand did a great job helping us get situated. The F3 Marina family appears to have the Right Stuff!!!

Stayed here several times. Very friendly and helpful. Easy walk to nice restaurant under bridge. Had “jam session” up at the office Tues night. Recommend highly.

Nice folks. Docks, gates, shower and rest rooms were clean and in good repair. Dock age rate was $2.50/ft, a welcome relief for the kitty. Several restaurants, a NAPA, a CVS were < a half mile. Also two public parks for the kids.

Friendly and helpful staff. Made efforts to help us tie up and get our cables set up cause we were bow in. Bathrooms clean. Nice park near by to take a morning walk. Dog park near by. Didn't like the town which is in walking distance. A protected marina. It had what's most important to me.

The dockhand was superb. Nearness to parks & downtown were bike were very good with good paths. But the fixed wooden docks were splintering, and many boats looked like they were a step away from being derelict.

Upon entering, we called the marina on channel 68 and they answered immediately. Went to >gas< that was manned by Thomas. What a great employee to have greet your new arrivals! He helped us pivot off the gas dock and met us at our assigned slip. It was windy and I was worried one person would be enough. Thomas had all under control. Took the place of two guys!
Thomas has enough time on the dock, he should be recieving premium wage.

They booked us on fuel dock with checkin at 5:30 and out by 8:00 next morning. Had to cancel due to engine problems the next day and they still charged us full amount for regular slip.
Marina Response:
Willie F. Unfortunately the policy states, that if a reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the original requested date, the customer will be charged for one day of dockage.

Stayed one night while transiting the ICW northbound. Staff responsive both on the telephone and the radio. Had help tying up. Clean bathrooms and had good WiFi reception. Everyone in the marina was very friendly.

It was ok. Nice staff but the marina is in need of some refurbishing. Lots of derelict boats. Tight slips for a larger boat.

Great location for watching launches. Bathrooms were clean and had great showers. Saw manatees right by our dock. Would recommend it highly.

This is a wonderfully run marina. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Locked dock gates provide security. Town is a short distance away. E is the only concrete dock, and its T spot simplifies tie-up and departure. We’ve been here before and plan to return to this dog-friendly marina with a close-by gated doggy park.
