Just what the doctor called for. A strong fixed dock allowed me to get some much needed sleep. It’s a marina in development so there are few amenities. Proprietor Is a great guy who came by to grab my lines.

Wonderful! Fantastic support by the owners. Perfect location. Dock is new and well built. Returned for a two night stay. Met by Mary and Greg, owners, during strong winds and current. Easy landing with their assistance. Friendly and personable, it was a pleasure meeting them. We're excited for the new marina they are building across the canal. We will stay at The Landing in Coinjock when space is available. Thanks!

This is the beginning of a new marina on the opposite shore. It is right after the bridge going north. There is 100 foot dock with power and the owner will come out for dock help if needed. I did not see water or trash though I suspect that would be dealt with if asked. Nice place!

Such a gem to find! The owners were fantastic, helping us with our lines and checking on us throughout our stay. The fixed dock is new and very easy to access from the ICW. They have a huge grassy area for our dogs to run too.

Great place to stay and take a Break from the stress of boating, Greg & Mary are an awesome couple and even sat out and chatted with us for over an hour. Just a Great small business we are happy we could support.

Great stay here. No services except electric and water. 2 50 outlets. The owners live right there and helped us dock. Greg and Mary are the best. They are building another marina across the channel. Would highly recommend staying here.

Greg and Mary are wonderful folks. Hospitality Plus! Dockage fee is very reasonable with power and water included. We only stayed 1night but we know we will back!

A wonderful stay here! The owners (Mary and Greg) are very hospitable. There’s a lovely area to walk dogs. A serene sit by the pond. Power and water make this a very convenient and nice overnight stay. ( or longer if you wish) We only stayed 1 night on our way back north but would most definitely stop here again! ❤️

Although the “Marina” is being built, Mary & Greg have a 80’ Finger Pier in front of their home with water and electric. What a perfect stay for us. Their hospitality has been some of the best on our loop adventure. Easy tie, great first dock coming off the
Albermarle Sound.

Really lucked out with this dock. We were given a price of $3.50 per foot and $20 for power at the ”other” marina but the Landing at Coinjock was less than half of that. AND, the owners (Mary and Greg) are absolutely two of the nicest people that you will meet on the great Loop. AND their new marina across the river should be completed soon. #1 choice in Coinjock for sure.

Second time staying. It is such a great stop and the hosts are absolutely wonderful. I was hesitant to write a review for fear that too many people find out how great it is. But, I just had to give it the review it deserves!

We found exactly what we needed here: a well-maintained dock with 50A power, fresh water, and a perfect area to walk our dogs. This is a dock in front of a private home, and the owners kindly called us in advance to let us know it’s not a marina with facilities. They met us on arrival and helped us tie up the boat. The owners are very welcoming and genuinely willing to help — we were truly touched by their kindness. We enjoyed spending two peaceful nights here on our way south.

Very kind host. Went above and beyond. Very peaceful and serene. Bring bug spray if you want to sit outside in the evening. Noone will bother you there!

The word is out (sadly)! This is the best thing for the boating community in Coinjock in a long time. The owners of The Landing are wonderful, the dock majestic, great power and plenty of depth for our six foot draft. To say we'll be back is an understatement. We will never stay at the other marina in Coinjock, again! Excited for the opening of the other side.

Greg and Mary are very kind and hospitable. They went out of their way to make us comfortable. This was also a very peaceful spot compared to Coinjock Marina across the canal. We would absolutely come again!
About The Landing at Coinjock
Stage one of new Marine facility.
We charge $2.50 a foot (includes power)
No fuel available
Available now, 110 feet of fixed dock and 250 feet of dolphins.
Dolphins provide dockage for larger vessels if needed.
Currently offer (2) 50 amp shore power outlets (included in dockage price). City water available. 8 foot of draft available along entire 250 feet. This dock is located on the west side of the canal in Coinjock right next to the high-rise bridge. Quiet setting located on ICW.
Stage two of new marina on the east side of the canal is under construction. This DocK has 500+ feet of Dockage available on a new Bulkhead. Dredged to 8 feet. At this time,3/2026, power, and Water are not yet available. New Marina will have dry stack storage, travel lift, restaurant, fuel, and other amenities. Until new facility has more amenities, dockage is reduced to two dollars a foot.
