Small nice marina in Jersey City across from Liberty Landing. Great communication from the nice lady in the office regarding places to see, eat etc and the gate and bathroom codes. The owner came to see us personally once we got in. Reason for 4 stars is they only have one bathroom/shower for the whole marina and it is ok but not great. Also we did not have anyone there to help us dock, which we did ok but if windier or had more waves from all the ferries that come in/out of that channel it could be very tricky. There is not much area to walk the dogs for green space. There is a "park" area about 3 blocks away but there is not much grass and is busy with other dogs off leash. It is in the heart of things with the transportation options and quiet at night minus the ferries running all the time. Gated is good because there are a lot of people that walk by. Seems to be in a decent neighborhood but it was just not our vibe. There does not appear to be an office onsite and fuel/ships store etc is referred across the channel at Liberty Landing. Good easy in/out of the marina. Good for a one night stay unless you are big city people. It is not listed on the WWGuide at this time but hopefully being corrected. Google it and the info comes up.

An excellent experience in many respects. Easy booking. Met on the dock to assist. Location is excellent. Docks are in good order. Power, water are on the dock and ready to use.
It is a bit odd not having a physical office presence. All business is conducted by phone or on Dockwa. The single washroom is heavily used and was very wet and soiled when I went to shower. Sure would be nice to have laundry.

A friendly place with a perfect location. They let us come in early and gave us a helpful list of local shops. The location is serene with beautiful views of lower Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty. Docking was easy with virtually no current.

Ideal stay when I was passing through NYC. Exceptionally responsive and accommodating. I’m a delivery captain, and I see countless marinas. These guys are among the very best. Very mom and pop like in a major city. These guys truly care that you have a perfect stay. This is my go to marina when I’m in the area.

Highly recommend!!! Right in the heart of a great neighborhood, bustling with activity. Many, many great restaurants in walking distance. Whole Foods is also an easy walk so it’s great for provisioning. Close to the PATH station and all NYC has to offer. Easy communication even in the late evening. All staff are extremely responsive. Our number one marina in the NY area.

Love that place. Amazing location, calm seas, great electric and powerful water. Been there several times.
Marina Response:
Hello, thank you for staying with us at the marina. Your slip assignment was given to you on your dockwa reservation. My apologies that no one was there to meet you for your stay.by Michael J. - Verified user on Sep 06, 2025
Very nice docks with security gate that actually works and good electrical power. easy access and a great location. The only downside I would have is the restroom only had one shower and toilet and there were no laundry facilities. other than that, great place and reasonable prices. second time there and I’ll be going there again.

Fantastic marina and a great stay!
Such an easy place to get to and a great setting. It's a mix of city and suburban serene. It has become our Go-To spot around NYC. Great family-run marina with some long-term residents that are very friendly. We have been there several times and just keep finding excuses to go back.

What a great marina! Small, very friendly, helpful staff , calm with no wakes, and reasonably priced. Amazingly easy access to Manhattan- a 15 min stroll the the PATH train to the World Trade Center where you can catch all the express trains uptown. Great restaurants in Jersey City and a Whole Foods quite close.

Rene was great at introducing us to the area. Marina is very nice.

If you dont have a bow thruster, this marina is extremely tricky. The fairways are super super narrow. The toilet+shower is a single bathroom including shower, so cross your fingers you don’t need to use it at the same time as someone else. Whole Foods within walking distance. Recommend taking ferries over to Manhatten, Ubering is super expensive. Entry to this area is about 10’, gets deeper the farther you go in

Great marina! Easy access to NYC, great restaurants and Whole Foods nearby. Great price point. Protected waterway. Only one bathroom for the marina, but it was very clean and well stocked. No help docking but we were put on an easy T for our stay. We will be back.

Hudson Point Marina is in a great location with easy access to the mass transit system. The docks are in good condition and the cove is well protected. The downside is the access to bathroom facilities. There is only one bathroom available, so it is first come, first serve (it is clean!). No other services are available at this location, which was fine with us. There is a Whole Foods store about 3/4 of a mile away, and a CVS about 1/2 mile away. There are LOTS of restaurants nearby too.
