St Michaels Harbour Inn Marina & Spa

Excellent support. Pool was lovely. We were able to get a lift into town since I was in a boot. Please add a bench or a seat in the ladies room. There was no place to sit while changing.

Great Marina. Dockmaster met us at the dock and came aboard to make sure all our lines were correct for the tide changes, even hooked us up to power. Marina has a private car that will take you into town or pretty much anywhere. Bicycles are available and they even have a fitness center and spa

First time at the marina. From the time we made our reservation to the confirmation to the assistance on the dock all was perfect. Will most certainly return if the occasion arises.

The St Michaels team went above and beyond to make our arrival and stay safe and fun. They stayed late to assist us with docking on a windy evening after we had some difficulties in our trip and helped us arrange for repairs. Facilities were also lovely

Great spot , facilities very clean and dock master was fantastic allowing us a side tie with the high winds . Nice easy walk into a great little town .

The dock crew and hotel staff were great, super nice and friendly. Easy docking and no problem with 5.5’ draft. Nice to be able to get in the pool after a hot day and later use the hotel bikes.

Update: 7/29. In line with their top quality inn services, the dock master Jesse couldn't do enough to make our stay more enjoyable in spite of the review posted below. He offered to move us to another slip and also explained how tables and benches were on the way for the showers as well as signage for the water temps. Very conscientious marina and dock Master. Nice. Quite nice hotel and amenities. First the positives: Fantastic restaurant including service by Sabrina who was friendly and seemed to really enjoy serving us. The food was good and the atmosphere was cool and welcoming in that we didn't have to talk over loud music etc. Pool facilities were great too, clean and cool . While we've stayed in the inn several times in the past and have always enjoyed our 4 and 5 star experiences, we sadly can't say the same for bringing a boat here in a transient slip. While Kyler, the dock master wowed us with help getting into our slip, there were some things that we consider cons to our visit as listed below: - Lack of floating docks, and worse, no grab handles in the pilings to enable safe entry and exit from the boat. Really dangerous if you have a dog. - Showers were a major dissapointment. Only one shower stall where there's no separation of shower to adjoining wash area, so whatever you have on the floor because there is no place to sit or put your clothes or towels, will get wet. There was no air conditioning in the shower bathroom as well and in a 93 degree day, it was a horrible experience. Finally it took almost 5 minues to get hot water in the shower. This is true in both mens and ladies shower, so we both began with cold showers thinking there was no hot water. But then the hot water came suddenly and was almost scalding. So you go from a cold shower to scalding in seconds. There should be a sign to let hot water run for 5 minues before showering. Also, no hot water in sinks in spite of a touchless faucet and certainly no way to adjust that temp at all Also, the harbour area in the back has boaters who don't seem to care about their wake as they come and go at high enough speeds to cause significant rocking for my 35 foot boat. Again, I'd highly recommend the Harbour Inn, it's a fantastic place, but leave the boat at your own marina.

I want to share a glowing review for a recent experience that we had at The SM Harbor Marina. We like to go to this dock for weeks at a time. This year we could not have been more pleased with the team/staff running the dock. The Dockmaster Jessie does a great job of making you feel at home and helping when needed. The staff in the lobby are equally as nice. Jessie, Owen, Ryan and Kylar on the dock are all exceptional. Love this Dock and will continue to spend time there in the future!! Mark Paul

Excellent marina! Dock hands were waiting for us, and were expert line handlers! Pool was refreshing, albeit warm due to the hot weather. On site restaurant was excellent! Close to Talbot Street, where all the shops are located. Water taxi stops at the marina, should you want to hop over to some of the attractions by water. Will definitely return!

Reliable and friendly team. Nice pool. Very convenient free shuttle to town if needed (otherwise it’s just a 10 minute walk).

Lovely staff so very helpful. Wonderful location. My only suggestion is a bench or more storage area in the shower for your clothes. I had to put my things on the floor.

Wonderful marina with great views of St Michaels Harbor. One issue would be the bathing facility - for such a nice hotel the bathroom was very basic- while I wasn’t expecting The Inn at Perry Cabin level I was hoping to see something more than a generic clean bathroom. The team manning the dock did great work getting us tied up.
