Long time since been here. Very nice place with nice tiki bar. Will be back.

Very convenient location if transiting the bay.

The entrance channel has been dredged and all markers replaced! Great views and great place.

Beautiful location, nice beach area. Enjoyable tiki bar and live music. 3 stars because the pool was green and looked like they gave up on it.

This place is a hidden gem!! Tony, the harbor master was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. There was a courtesy car, pool, and they had just dredge adding 2 beaches!!! We ended up staying an extra night due to weather and they had live music!!!

We enjoyed our one night stay at the marina! Very helpful staff and beautiful floating docks. The tiki bar was awesome with great food and great staff. It’s perfectly located if you want easy access to and from the Chesapeake Bay. The marina is undergoing renovations, which is great to see. The fueling dock served its purpose but needs some work. And the channel depth was a little skinny for us (4 ft draft), especially at low tide. But this marina has every makings of a five star place once the renovations are completed. We’re looking forward to our next stay!

Another great week at Windmill Point! Their tiki bar was reopen with their ABC license pending for this weekend, but we left the day before. We will be back!!

Easy to reach from the Chesapeake Bay. Floating Dock facilities are in excellent shape. The staff is helpful and friendly. Excellent views of the water. Bathrooms good. A lot of work in progress on the bar and restaurant, which should be open June 2024. Owners appear to be making a significant investment to bring this marina into top condition. We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again.

Marina is pretty rough. After touching bottom on the way in, we needed a pump out and it cost $20! The place looks like it’s frozen in time - well past its heyday. The pool looked inviting, but the amenities appeared in disrepair. No tiki bar, no restaurant- lots of open slips and the property looks unfinished. Sorry.

Great marina. One of the most picturesque in the Bay. Docking help as soon as I arrived (late mind you- they were there for me!). Perfectly protected, excellent facilities. Wish I was there in season (eg, Tiki bar was not yet open). Is just a stones throw from open Bay, making it a great lay up if going north or south past the mouth of the Rappahannock. Would definitely stay again

Windmill point was a easy in and out for us headed south. The marina manager Tony was extremely helpful and let us use a loaner car to pick up supplies for the boat. We will be back on our way north and can't to see the new beach and all the upgrades in the works!

Great dockage, nice pool and facilities … ingress / egress is a little thin - DSM was reading 4ft in the canal at the the last marker set

The staff at Windmill Point Marina are the nicest people you can find anywhere! Tony is always on the go, he and Ford makes every boat feel like they are the only boat they are tending to. This is our 4th time for an overnight stay. The Tiki Bar is fun and the food is so good! Beautiful location, the transient slips back right up to the beach with a beautiful view across the Rappahannock and down the Bay, right from the back of you boat. We will be back!

Tony was awesome, gave us his courtesy car for the evening, ate at Sandpipers in town .....looks deceiving but food was excellent. Windmill is a beautiful small protected inlet with great facilities, beautiful beach and kind caring people

Excellent Dockmaster and staff. Great sunset and sunrise views. Tiki Bar, pool and courtesy car. Friendly locals too. Love this stop.

Well, the location is absolutely beautiful!! We were there on a day when the tiki bar was closed, so we grilled and hung out at the pool. Piers are very nice, dock master was helpful and knowledgeable, but overall I hope that the investors decide to go ahead with their plan to build and upgrade. It could be an absolutely wonderful, relaxing and fun stop, right off the Bay on the Rappahannock!

The marina is out in the boonies of eastern Virginia, at the end of the left bank of the Rappahannock river. It is a small marina with a somewhat difficult entry: the channel in is narrow and shallow: we have a four foot draft and had one and one half foot under us at the minimum. The marina has a private beach and a nice large swimming pool. It also has a bar that serves fairly good but not exotic food. Looked like a relaxing place to chill out for a few days, although we were there only one night.

Great spot. The beauty of the Rappahannock River is spectacular. Beach, pool, helpful staff. Restaurant closed last weekend of September, only disappointment.
