Good stay. Was there for two nights. Facilities were new; the dock hands were very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

What a great marina! The staff is top notch - skilled, professional and friendly. The marina is well maintained. Love that there are 2 restaurants on site - Rusty’s has an outdoor tiki bar which is great! We were concerned about if there would be transportation available into Southport and the marina has a list of transportation options. We used Billy’s (John is the driver) and he was great and accommodating. We will def be back. We really enjoyed our stay. And there are options for restaurants and exploration within a one mile walk of the marina. We will def check these out next time we visit. We have all amenities on our boat so I did not see or use bathrooms or laundry.

The dockhands were fantastic! We had 3 waiting for us. We were out in the outside fuel dock which normally is not a problem for us. The boater traffic did not respect the no wake zone and the boat waves were significant. The dockhands tried their best, however, were told by local enforcement that since it is not on the protected area list they can't enforce it. That is crazy since all fuel docks are no wake. Safe Harbor should help support a means to correct this. We requested to be moved to the inside and they helped us move. Overall a great marina and staff, nice having restaurant onsite.

Great dock assistance, clean bathrooms/showers, inexpensive laundry, good restaurant/bar within walking distance. The only issue is boats driving by at full speed not respecting the “no wake” signs at the beginning and end of the marina.

The dock hands were professional and very helpful. When we had problems with the delivery of a package that required an extended stay at the marina, all of the staff (Addison, Devon, Brad, Hope, and Pete) were very kind and courteous. We will definitely return to this marina!

We really enjoyed our stay at Safe Harbor South Harbor Village. The facilities are in great shape and the staff couldn't be more helpful. And the historic section of town is just a short dinghy ride away--in fact it's easier to get there by boat than by car!

Great dock hands and a nice facility. Two restaurants on site are good. Must beware of tide/currents can be wicked. We will be back

We are newly Safe Harbor members and our second time staying at a Safe Harbor Marina. While it was a short stay, the facility is clean, the docks and staff are excellent, and would recommend this Safe Harbor to anyone.

Reasonably price was why we chose it, the quality of the facilities were good, but the reason we’ll be back is the people!! We were met at the dock by a dedicated crew during a thunder storm with high winds & torrential rain. They are the best!!!

New clean marina with long floating docks for easy landings. We laid up for a week to go inland for a family event. Rental car place is a mile away and they brought the car to us. The dock team kept an eye on the boat for us and ensured lines were secured for heavy weather while we were gone. Great spot for a long or short stay.

Very nice smaller marina. Great friendly staff and great help docking with very good instructions. They were flexible on our stay due to weather. Nice and clean showers and restrooms. Nice laundry room. Well kept grounds with plenty of room for the dogs. Less than a 5 min walk to a wonderful park where you can walk/run your dog with a small attached beach that is very pretty. Two restaurants on site. Quiet and great location. Would stay there again.
