August 27, 2025. The staff at SH Onset are always welcoming and very helpful. Facilities are clean and well kept. September 10,2024 Although we only had a short one night stay, we enjoyed it immensely. Safe Harbor Onset is a lovely location after transiting the Cape Cod Canal. The staff in the facilities are awesome. You’ll enjoy your stay. September 2023 Our annual stop at Onset. Always a pleasure. They treat us like family. New boaters lounge is being built for 2024! Overall, great staff and facilities! July 2022 the Dock Master, helped us land our 34ft sailboat with an opposing wind. After fueling up, watering up and pumping out, we decided to stay in a slip for a few nights to wait out the upcoming storm. Again The staff assisted us docking into the slip, and tie ing our lines for the expected blow. Thank you for wonderful service!! Also the marina facilities are top notch and very clean. We will be back next year. The above is my comment from a few years ago. The service and the friendliness of Onset continues. They are such lovely people and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay at a well cared for Marina. I even got my laundry done! September 14-16, 2021 Every year we thoroughly enjoy our time at this marina. Roland, the dockmaster has always been very helpful. And the people on the dock have been great about handling lines and getting us in safely. This is a clean, well run marina. This was our third visit this year. Thank you to you all the Dock staff. Lynne and Steve

A wonderful marina! Excellent staff, very helpful. Curtis, the dockmaster, is wonderful! So friendly and helpful. He and Caroline helped catch our lines and get us tucked into our slip. They were able to accommodate us a day early, which was great! There was a lot of weather so we really appreciated that it worked out. Wi-fi is great and we got pumpout as well. The boaters lounge is so nice, especially with treats on the weekend. There is a good size washer and dryer, very reasonably priced. The town is lovely, you can walk or take the dinghy into the town dinghy dock. Curtis told us that there is a launch service from the town which is free, they work on tips. It's not too long a walk to town with good restaurants and an ice cream shop. The instructions to come into the marina are spot on. There can be some tide rip coming or going from the Cape Cod Canal which is manageable, just be aware. We will be back for sure, this is one of our favorite marinas.

The staff is courteous and helpful. The Dockmaster was very easy to work with while getting a slip assigned. He had his team waiting to handle ones and get the electricity hooked up. The facilities were spotlessly clean and tidy. Curtis the dock master runs a tight ship and at the same time a great guy.

Tom and Allyasa were extremely helpful. I changed my reservation 3 times and each time it was flawless. I ended up staying 6 days because of how nice the staff were. I will certainly stay there again. Always love staying at Safe Harbor

Very accommodating staff at this marina

Nice facility in a beautiful location with easy access to downtown shops and food. Facilities were clean but could use some TLC maintenance. Staff were friendly.
