Harbor One Marina

Great marina in Old Saybrook, very nice location, several restaurants onsite. Tom welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed. Nice docks, very low key and an enjoyable night. We will be back.

Great Stay at Harbor One Marina. Tom was the best.. We started with fuel and water and learned so much about the area from Tom decided to stay. He told us places to go visit and eat. Can’t say enough about our experience. Fuel prices best in the area. Marina docks were great will be back again for longer

Our stay on our 52’ Viking ST at Harbor One was fantastic! The dock staff was very kind, friendly, and easy to talk to. They really go above and beyond. We called them in the morning and wanted to see if we could get in for 2 nights, they said absolutely and had us put in a Dockwa reservation, with in 5 minutes they had confirmed us! They Were very helpful with suggestions to get into town & local restaurants. When I hailed them on the VHF they immediately responded and was very communicative on where i was going. They told me Bow in and I asked if we could do stern in, they then explained to me that bow in was due to the shallow waters in their marina, we came in at low tide and had less then 2 feet under our boat. The pool was extremely clean and the facilities were very nice! The only parts about Harbor one I didn’t like was, it was rough during the day with all the boat traffic going by, and the shallow water at low tide. They assured me that hopefully this fall they will have their dredging permits in order and they will have deeper waters for next year! We will definitely be back! If you are looking for a calm marina with a pool & restaurant Harbor one is the place for you! If you are looking for a busier marina with a lot going on and tons of people, Saybrook Point would be your pick! But Harbor One is Definitely for us and we will be back! Hopefully Once they get their dredging completed, we will be back and our next review will warrant 5 Stars!

Beautiful location grounds were great

Staff was attentive and helpful, marina is neat, clean, well organized and maintained. The view is spectacular and the grounds, pool, wash/laundry neat and clean. Proximity to the inn and town for dining make this marina a 5 star experience 👍

great service at the fuel dock. Attendants are nice people and helped out. at the moment to move to our slip (we were assigned the southern slips) they did not informed us about the irregularities of the bottom and the presence of a mud and sand bump in front of the slip. Thanks to a careful and slow approach we touched bottom with our bow keel and we were able to disengaged right away. On departure we had to wait for favorable tide before backing from our slip.

Nice facility and good fuel prices but very shallow at the close in docks.

The entire staff was available and extremely helpful from the moment we called for an unplanned stop to get out of the weather. They led us to our slip, handled dock lines (we were short handed) and shared bumper boards for the fixed dock. A great stopping point with fuel, transient berths and an attentive team. We'll be back.

Dockhands were nice and the marina was extremely well maintained and clean. Will definitely return.

My stay at Harbor one marina was excellent. Two gentlemen, working the fuel dock were extremely helpful, assisting me docking against the strong wind. Totally recommend staying there, expecting to stay there again in the future.

Fantastic facility and staff. Nice area for walking our dog and playing fetch with her. Resort next door had great food and wonderful outdoor dining. Good fuel prices.
