Portside Marina

Always a good time. Very well run marina.

Portside Marina is right in the heart of downtown Kelleys Island, it is a fantastic place to stay. The only downside is when the lake is rough as it was on 5-30-29 the marina is also rough and you get allot of movement.

Everything was fine with the dock and location, etc. Not 5-stars due to cleanliness of facilities. I feel the cleanliness of the bathrooms has been on a steady decline over the past couple of years, this past visit was the worst. In addition to the restrooms not being clean, the whole time you either had one with paper towels and no toilet paper, or toilet paper and no paper towels. The most alarming was the public restroom (the non-overnight facilities) those were almost unusable. The one urinal was filled with Zyn pouches and had dirty brown toilet paper and pee on the floor underneath it, and the one next to it was covered in something brown, maybe chewing tobacco, maybe something else. The trash can was also over flowing with paper towels. I generally have a good stay, and so I intend on coming back, but if this could be addressed, that would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Great time. Great restaurant at Marina. Need more dock electrical towers, as many new boats need twin 30 Amp and not enough for everyone. Otherwise great place.

Great 2 nights stay here. The dock hands were exceptional and easily identified with their bright orange shirts. The restrooms / showers were very clean and easy to get to. Dockers bar and grill on site had great service and food / drinks. We’re looking forward to a return trip soon!

From the reservation process, to the dock hands, to the check out-this was an amazing stay for our anniversary weekend. Also want to include that we've stayed here often and compared to other marinas, the dockhands are indeed the best. Someone must be training them right!. They are knowledgeable about the docking process, the tie up process and are always pleasant to boot! They are always running from one dock to another and they truly work their buns off. They are the best! Gonna make it an annual event. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Helpful dock hands,clean restrooms, friendly staff

Great facility and downtown location. Very helpful (the best) dockhands to assist arrival and departure. Clean and modern showers and bathrooms. The on-site Dockers Bar & Grill has a great water and marina view, and also great food and drinks.

Showers weren't kept clean. No lights by showers. Also the dock lights were all out except one. Golf carts were completely webbed in. Suggestion maybe have someone broom them off in morning. Spray for spiders......! Other than that our say was nice as always. Great docking help.

Dock Master and his crew were excellent as always. Great marina, clean bathrooms, and good people.
