Very clean docks are new and wide for easy docking. The place is clean and the workers are very friendly. Great location for boating, going to the beach across the street, or just relax at their clean pool. Walking distance to everything.

We actually have stayed over 2 weeks. We have had the best experience. We saw manatees, dolphins and some of the coolest aquatic life st pete has to offer. The Marina has a pool and restroom a few yards away to use. It is probably one of the most peaceful marinas we've ever stayed at. The workers were wonderful and the owner was so gracious allowing us to stay longer than we had intended to. I would definitely recommend checking this place out. With the beach literally across the street, restaurants and stores within walking distance, it's perfect for a romantic getaway or a family vacation, they have everything!
Marina Response:
Thank you so much for your incredible review! We're absolutely thrilled to hear that your two-week stay was such a memorable and peaceful experience. It’s wonderful that you were able to enjoy the local marine life—manatees, dolphins, and all the beauty St. Pete has to offer! We're also glad you made the most of the marina amenities and appreciated the convenient location. Your kind words about our team and owner mean the world to us. It was a pleasure having you, and we hope to welcome you back for another perfect getaway soon!

Clean and good docks. Very well protected from all winds but water is skinny getting in. Stay close to starboard shore all the way in. A strong north wind combined with a low tide will make water much shallower. My bow was grounded at the dock one night but I had water under the stem so maybe leave the stern further out. Post hurricane the power was still not working but they accommodated for that. You can run your Genset to keep batteries topped off . We did not need ac . We have 10 beam and with fenders were were squeezed in tight. Docks are fixed so plan for adjusting lines if tide is more than usual. Both motels and hotel down the street on beach side are combined.
Marina Response:
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your detailed review! We really appreciate your insights and helpful tips for fellow boaters navigating the channel and docking. We're glad to hear you found the docks clean and well-protected, and we’re grateful for your patience and understanding as we worked through the post-hurricane power situation. Your feedback is incredibly valuable and helps us continue to improve the experience for everyone. We hope to welcome you back again soon under even better conditions!

In my dock site, #903, there were dock poles that had large growths of oyster shells under the water line that with movement in the dockage caused those shells to scar the hull of my new Grady-White 271 Canyon. The boat has an Awlgrip epoxy and now will have to be repaired due to both scarring of the paint, but the gelcoat. I have pictures available upon request. I would ask for the method of coverage for insurance to the damage your site caused.

Great location. Very nice place. Reasonable price. At 44’ 18.5 beam only slip 907 works for us.

Excellent dockage experience. Docks are in top condition. Plenty of cleats in all the right places. Ability to cross tie if you prefer. Clean from barnacles and padded. Plenty of depth at even the extreme low tide while we were there. This is a quiet area towards the end of a residential cove so no wave action. Water and hose was there to wash down daily. We’ll use again!

Great place but would suggest an outdoor restroom near the pool for patrons.

Exelent marina, close to beach, restaurant and shopping

Great place. Not really a marina more a chain of 3 boutique hotels with a few docks. For $10pp/day you can use amenities including pools and beach. Happy hour includes free wine and beer. Pet friendly. Approach looks pretty skinny on charts, but it can be accessed by anything under 6ft draft. Hug the eastern shore for deepest water.

We never saw a dockmaster or even a motel worker the entire time we were docked there, a week. The tide was very low every morning and we had no idea if our boat would float or would touch bottom. How deep is the slip? No clue. The posts are built on the outside of the skinny docks, which isn’t what we’re used to having to tie up to. Getting on and off the boat was horrendous, with these high and skinny docks during tide situation. Not sure I’d ever come back there, not a single employee ever checked in or helped with the docking. Thank goodness I can dock without help, but many people enjoy the assistance a marina will give. It’s cheap if you want that.
Marina Response:
Good afternoon, Thank you so much for your review and feedback. I am pleased to let you know we just redid all of our pilings, poles, and bumpers. We would love to have you back for another stay with us in the future to show you all the wonderful upgrades.

What you get for your money is a very convenient place to tie up your boat. For an extra fee you can also get electricity. That’s it. No restrooms, no showers, no help docking or leaving. The docks are fixed, and there was about a three-foot tidal range that would have left my bow on the rocks if I hadn’t woke up in the middle of the night and moved further aft.

Nice location, close beach access, handy laundry. BUT there are no restrooms at the marina. It’s a relatively short walk (100 yds) and this morning the desk clerk refused to let me use the restroom because I didn’t have a “wristband”. I explained that I was staying in the marina and she said “I don’t need the attitude”. Sad… other than that a great stay, too bad.

Very nice people, Slips are small. No bathrooms or showers, but had laundry and a happy hour with free beer and wine ($10/each for the 4 nights), plus beach access and heated pool.

Great place, close to good restaurants, pharmacy, laundry and pool onsite, shallow to get there so hug the shore

Dock pilings and cleats were new with plenty of vertical bumper strip. Enough water depth at low tide, however we pulled in and were glad we did. Our spot against the smaller deck (north) was out of the water against the sea wall. The decks were very nice with chairs, covered tables, and charcoal grills. The power pedestals and water access was sufficient with some stations having hoses already attached, which we used each afternoon to rinse salt spray off. Small pool and property cleanliness was average. Would have been nice to have a bathroom by the pool/deck. My biggest complaint would be the fishing off the dock fingers and seawall. The two huge decks have tons of footage to fish off the front of, yet people still want to be right on top of you. Had people walking down the already narrow dock fingers to toss there bait under my boat and casting over my motor. Even had one guy push my boat off the pilings with the slack in ropes so he could get between. Snagged my dock line when retrieving his bait. Staff is non-existent in evenings to control this, as they are all at main hotel across the street. You also have guests on the decks all night. Not quiet at all if that’s what you are looking for.
