Overall our stay was good with no big issues (more a series of little things), however when paying that much for a slip, our expectations were set a bit higher before we arrived. The slips were very tight , the dockhands were not super accessible or helpful and we had to actually go to dockmaster office to get the important information (shower codes, WiFi codes, etc), the pool was like bath water (probably not very controllable in FL), the showers were dirty with poor shower heads and curtains with not enough hooks/ benches to put your things, ice was not readily available when the restaurant was closed and also, the washer was broken for our entire stay which we needed while cruising on our boat. All small things but they definitely add up to nuisances when you are staying on your boat.

The personnel met the boat, helped us secure the boat, and we're very helpful with questions. Docks were clean and trash cans were never overflowing and smelling. We are definitely going back to the Galleon.

Our 3rd stay at the Galleon… we arrived to ride out a windy east front with 30+mph winds - great protection with the great breakwater and floating docks/ dock hand available 24/7… only the galleon ! Pumpout close by all slips on the floating docks. Great marina, away from the bars and restaurants

Second time staying at The Galleon Marina. It’s perfectly located on the island with most everything you would need within walking distance. The marina is well protected and staff is friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying

Normally I would have given Galleon a 5 star review but i downgraded them do to the abysmal internet service. It would work for an hour, then drop out. Constantly this way for the whole week we were there. First day was fine but after that the Marina SSID went away and we had to use the Galleon Resort SSID and obviously, the repeaters were not close enough to the marina. They need to fix this.

It was our first time staying at the Galleon Marina. It is a very nice facility, and it has a great location, right in the heart of everything that Key West has to offer. But my one complaint, was that we did not have WiFi dockside at our boat. I know the first day they told me they had problems but had techs out working to fix it. But even after they supposedly fixed it, I never had WiFi. I had some important business to conduct, and I ended up having to walk up to the hotel office, and do my Zoom call in the hotel lobby. Not exactly private! For the price we were paying, it didn't seem right to have to do that.
That being said, I would stay there again, and hope that I didn't have that problem again.

Lovely resort in a prime location and the docks are well-maintained. The pool and private beach area is very nice. Wish they had an actual bathhouse, as it is cumbersome to have showers and toilets in separate locations.
Fishing charters and tours are walking distance, as well as a lot of great restaurants.

Great marina. Very well kept docks, grills, etc. People working the docks are top notch.....helful and friendly. Close to the many restaurants, bars, attractions that Key West has to offer.

Our Key West Marina offers dockage space to accommodate boats and yachts up to 155 feet. Outside of being the most highly protected harbor for your vessel, we also offer exclusive marina and resort amenities when renting a boat slip in our Marina. We accept reservations up to one year in advance so start planning your trip to paradise today!
Booking Info
Check out time is 11AM. Late checkout requests must be made to the Dockmaster prior to your date of departure. Any vessels remaining in the Marina after 2PM on the date of departure will automatically be charged for an additional night of dockage.
There will be a 30' minimum charge for all vessels.
