The marina has been working on upgrading the docks which was nice to see. Dockmaster Ryan was super helpful docking and getting fuel. Would be nice if had laundry and a pool.

The dock staff is awesome. Very helpful and informative. Yacht club main restaurant server was not so pleasant and the service was terrible. Having said that the food was great.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. The mussels at the restaurant were delicious too.

The location is perfect for a stay in George Town. Good protection from all directions. The manager Ms Flowers runs a great facility, easy competent and friendly. Her Dockmaster, Ryan has a great team to help you get into a slip and assist in anything that comes up. To make your visit special stay at Exuma Y Club.

A lot of improvements are in the works. Cant wait to come back. The food at the club is very good. Staff is very friendly They are making great progress on dock power about half the docks half a power poles. The new piling fenders are very nice improvement. Wednesdays have live music at the bar. This is our 5 year at the docks. The docks are almost back to before the pre hurricane. Best Dockage on Exuma

Very expensive considering the comfort and amenities offered. The only advantage is that it's right across from the supermarket!

It has been fabulous! The people have been fantastic to work with, the restaurant food is delicious, but the service can be slow (especially when trying to pay…interestingly). A great place to shelter. Close to restaurants, grocery, general stores, etc… only reason for 4 star and not 5 is short room access. We had to coordinate for unlocking each time we wanted to shower. We are early risers and would have liked to be able to access at 6:00 am when we need toilet/shower.

Ryan was great Dockmaster. Facility is way better than the reviews. Breakwater is perfect. Power and water all good. New docks just fine. Convenience and fun in town!

Docks are ok. Typical Bahama high fixed dock. The restroom and shower were the filthiest I’ve seen ever. There is no washer or dryer on site even though it says there is. The restaurant charge $6 more than the menu price for a hamburger. Manager said the menu was wrong. Too bad. The only good thing about this marina is it’s close to town and grocery shopping.

Jamal and office secretary are extremely helpful. Rod and is excellent and got us out of the big blow!

Very bad experience! I absolutely do not recommend this Marina. I stayed 3 nights from January 30th to February 2nd, 2026, because of a very strong North wind was forecasted. I came few days before to choose a good place protected and the team promised me a specific berth and we agreed on a discount price on diesel. Result: When I arrived, they had put another boat in the berth promised. I had a terrible night with the boat banging against the dock all night and damaging my boat's logo. They forgot to charge me for the diesel…I went to the office to report all of that, and they didn't honor the diesel price they quoted to me. These people have no honor. I spoke to the manager by phone over 15 days ago, and he promised a compensation, but I'm still waiting…I strongly advise take care of their very bad services ! Bruno captain of Theia. Update following the owner's response: This is the height of bad faith! The safety of my boat was not respected, as it was damaged, and I wanted the agreed-upon berth, not the one assigned. My friends can attest to this. and you didn't even apologize! I sailed around the world for seven years on my catamaran, and I've never seen anything like it. It's clear I will never be staying with you again.

Outstanding stay. We’ll be back. It seems that there has been significant repair / upgrade since some of the previous comments were made. The break water makes for a good stay on solid fixed docks within a short walk to everything…and great dock hands !!!

Great staff! Great spot close to everything. Docks are a bit rustic but looks like they are working on fixing them.

While the facilities lack TLC, the staff is very courteous and friendly. Great place to hide during the passage of a front. We would go back again.

Giving these guys 5 stars because they are making good progress to address the issues mentioned in previous reviews including riprap barriers (big investment), pier fenders, power improvements (still work to do there), and most importantly they have hired new staff to help move things forward. The owner Fast Eddie is a hoot if you’re lucky enough to catch him there and chat him up. Say hello to Miss G in the office. She’s a sweetheart. Good luck guys! We’ll be back.

We came in on a windy day with no bow thrusters. The two Dock hands were super helpful and securing our catamaran rental to the dock. Yes, I totally recommend the exam yacht club for all of your boating needs, the supermarket is across the street along with the liquor store and many other amenities super super convenient. The restaurant and bar are open every day except Sunday.

Miss Flowers and her crew were great! Great service and food at the restaurant. Very protected Marina the water Taxi also runs out of here, which is very nice. They do not have gasoline, but do have diesel.

The marina is old but price is attractive Exposed in strong NE winds though Personel are kind and helpful

Ryan and Ms. G are great. Very attentive and interested in your experience. The restaurant is good, and the service is great. The dock conditions are so-so, but not unsafe. The picture in Dockwa is clearly from before a major storm, and not everything has been restored to that condition. There is a grocery right across the street. I will return because they clearly care about your experience.
