Toba Wilderness Marina

Was very nice. Very friendly and helpful. The facility is great and the restrooms and showers were very top notch and clean. We used the pavilion for our 5 boat Flotilla potluck. Worth the money.

Hurray celebrating opening day last week! Wonderful visit once again. The grounds and hiking trails are a destination unto itself. Perfect stopover heading in any direction. The staff very kind and thoughtful to assist.

OK. We had read ALL the reviews about Toba Wilderness. The (previous) hosts, the cost, the lack amenities, we understood it all, but still wanted to experience its majesty and natural beauty for ourselves — and we are SO glad we did! First of all, the property caretakers, Paul and Nahanni could not have made us feel more welcomed and appreciated for joining them on our anniversary trip to Desolation Sound (and surrounding area). While there’s no “formal” food service at Toba Wilderness, they had arranged a salmon and smokies (hotdogs) cookout with amazing salads and side dishes graciously prepared by the other marina guests, and it was amazing. My wife and I don’t typically participate in things like this, instead opting to soak in all the together time possible in these magical places, but we went because Paul and Nahanni were so sweet and welcoming. The food was amazing and Roger, one of the owners of Toba Wilderness toasted the event, Paul and Nahanni and my wife and I for our 33rd wedding anniversary…so special! We WILL be back and next time for more than one night. It was that special. BTW if you’re capable, the hike to the waterfall is well worth the effort. Enjoy!

Toba Wildernest is a beautiful place to stay and recharge the soul. Nahanni and Paul are amazing hosts, the vibe is next world, the gathering pergola at the top of the dock allows guests to meet and greet, the owners are exceptional hosts, so very gracious (go SYC!) the multiple trails to stretch your legs are beautiful. Thank you for allowing access to this amazing place. It is always a return location every summer while transiting the PNW. Many thanks Roger and team! 😎

What a great place! Friendly caretakers are there to answer questions or to provide assistance but don’t hove…beautiful hikes and swimming hole…super clean showers and restrooms and wonderful sitting area…we will be back next year for sure!

Toba Wilderness is one of the finest marinas in the Pacific Northwest, offering one of the World's great views, solitude and an ambience of boating camaraderie. Paul and Mahannie, wharfingers and caretakers, have taken Toba to a new level of high quality moorage within an extraordinary natural setting. Docks are new, spacious, secure, clean easy to access, and supplied with reliable power and water. Paul and Mahannie greet each arriving boat with a cheerful "we have been expecting you" and provide easy directions and help with lines on arrival and departure. The entire property with its large and welcoming pavilion for gatherings or relaxation, walking trails into the high forest, and shoreline access are immaculately maintained. We have been coming to Toba for years, but our recent visit exceeded all the high expectations we previously held.
