the dock help was outstanding, but it gos downhill from there, they told me it would cost $30 for a pump out even though its on there web site as an amenity and there is no one to call for help as they leave at 5pm if you get locked out also they only had 50 amp power hook ups and I have 30amp, I had always heard what a great place this was, now Im not so sure

Great staff, docks and restaurant on site(357). Laundry is complimentary. Pet friendly location with plenty of walking. Took the bikes to the beach.

Welcoming staff. Clean restroom/shower facilities. Secure docks. Fresh water. Next to “357 Raw Bar”, good food.

Pros are convenient ICW access, pretty surroundings, easy access to shopping services, new dock decking (which looks teak like), and friendly dock staff.
Cons are that the north basin where they put transients is subject to wakes from boats passing by on the ICW and their reflections off the hard basin walls. The fuel dock's pumpout is also very slow (although there is a pumpout boat that is supposedly faster). And the bathrooms&showers are pretty dingy and unkempt which is a little disappointing for bringing guests to.

Nice clean bathrooms. The dockhands were very friendly and helpful. It's definately a nice place to stay.

Very nice staff.
We arrived after hours and the staff was very accommodating with instructions on how to come in and get to our slip.
The next day so we could fuel up and head north on our trip they came in a bit early to help us.

Mostly a good experience as place is clean and everything works. Very upset this morning trying to leave early enough to catch the tide levels I needed, but they put me in a shallow slip ! Waited a little more than an hour before I could get out. Put me at inlets at dead low tide!

The only bad thing about our stay was that the wrong gate combination was given to us and we had to get info from the jet ski operator on site because no one was available to give us the information.

We arrived in the rain and the dock hands were there. Nice facilities although I don't know if the pool and tub at the hotel are part of the package. Would have been nice to get two gate cards, but.....

We have always enjoyed staying at grand dunes and speaking on the phone with the dock master master office. They were very helpful with planning for an after hours arrival however when we got there, the T doc was already booked and there was no way that our 42 foot trawler could fit behind the boat that was in there. I’m not sure where the communication breakdown happened but grand dunes could do a better job of communicating online with arrival information similar to what we have found with other marinas where we’ve stayed at.

Centrally located at mile marker 357 on the Intracoastal Waterway, the Grande Dunes Marina is one of the finest marinas on the ICW. Grande Dunes Marina is the perfect place to begin your adventure on the Intracoastal Waterway. With 126 wet slips and 1,200 linear feet of lay-along floating docks, the marina offers a protected harbor for vessels up to 120 feet.
Our marina is open to the public and features state-of-the-art floating docks, diesel and gasoline, a marina store, showers, restrooms, laundry, and other nearby conveniences.
