Fixed docks. Helpful dock staff. Great bathroom s with towels. Nice pools. Quiet.

While the staff met us at the dock when we arrived, and were helpful and friendly, no one was staffing the marina store in the days following our arrival - we were unable to purchase ice or water. There were no larger trash containers where we were docked ( stationary floating single floating pier). Two of their eating facilities were closed, guests on our boat golfed but the restaurant at the golf course was closed. The restaurant at the marina was also closed. Overall, disappointing visit considering the amenities that are available but not in use. The condition of the dock was a little worn and caused some concern for those that are not sure footed. We have visited the marina many times in the last 15+ years and have observed a steady decline in their service and facilities.

Very nice bathhouse facilities, and the dockmaster was very easy-going about a couple special requests. I also went up to the Hyatt and use their facilities, which were great.

The River Marsh marina was a quiet place in the fall which was nice. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back!

It was great there, always check to see if The Blue Point restaurant is open otherwise, you're going to do a lot of walking. The dock hand "Kaleb" was friendly and very helpful. Always a great time.

Dock Master Glen made our stay very enjoyable. So quiet and peaceful there with tons of green space for the dogs. Definitely a regular stopping point for us.

Nice resort. A lot to do. only gripes are dock hands had no idea how to tie up a boat but helpful to just toss line to also docks are starting to look a little tired. food in all 3 venues was excellent and can’t complain about the view. Golf course was in decent shape

Our yacht club visited this Labor Day and everything was perfect. The dock manager and staff could not have been more helpful. It’s so much improved over when Oasis Marina’s managed it. The marina and hotel were both busy and all the activities were well managed.

Excellent stay. The dock is a bit of a walk from the pools, but it’s very easy to get into and feels safe and quiet.

Hitting boaters with a $25 per person resort fee was a little over the top. The docks are ok, but they need to have the nails driven back down. Over 40% of the nails have worked there way out of the boards. Not sure if I would go back or not again.

People were very nice. Marina Power was great (dual 50 amps). Lack of Ubers or any hotel transportation made it very difficult to get into town if you are coming by boat. Hotel amenities are very good (pools, bars).

Hyatt River Marsh Marina is absolutely fantastic! My wife and I had a wonderful time enjoying both the marina and the excellent amenities offered by the Hyatt. Highly recommend!

Slips are very large. It was challenging getting into slip on windy day. Dockhands were not experience. The Hyatt pools were overcrowded and not very relaxing with kids running all over the place.

I thought everything g was good. However, the bathrooms at the marina stunk really bad. And I thought the deck hands need a little more training if they are going to help guests with lines when docking. I heard that from several boaters this weekend. And trash cans were full on Sunday. It should have been told to guests that the pools would shut down at 5pm on Saturday for some events. Doesn’t seem fair to pay to use facilities but then it was rented out.

Helpful staff. Great place to stay if you want to take advantage of the resort amenities. Extra fee for that. Good electric and water at our slip on B dock. A couple others in our group had a power loss at one point. The marina has tremendous potential to be 5 star, but appears to be in a not yet complete, come-back mode. There are a lot of dock boards that need to be replaced. Ride Share services aren’t reliable, so getting into town can be tough. Dinner at Blue Point was good. Food prepared very nicely. Oysters were small and gritty. Sent those back. All in all, it was a nice place for us for the weekend. We’ll certainly go back.

The distance from the hotel and amenities is excessive. The charge of $25 per person for boaters to be able to use the pool is crazy. I was told the $25 is for all amenities to include restaurants. (Really). The WiFi is spotty unless at the hotel or close by. Docks are tired. Restaurants are very nice. Food was great in the Waterview Restaurant. Service very good.

Great access to amenities and beautiful surroundings property. Docks were a little splintery and we would have liked cleats, but the docks were spacious. We stayed for a week and had a great time. Pump out at fuel dock only, no diesel available but wasn't an issue.

Marina is lacking on power if you need 240 V to run your boat you may only see 200v . Had to move three different times. Dock master and dock hands did do a good job. The hotel is great and excellent for families with children. Be prepared to mitigate your electric usage while at the marina. Would be a great place if the marina got a facelift and some upgrading to the docks and Electric.

Dockwa advertises 240 volts witch I was lucky to see 199 volts. Marina is in needed repairs. Not worth the money.

Hourly Dockage Rates (2 Hour Minimum)
- 0 - 30 FT.....$30 per 2 hours
- 31 - 40 FT.....$40 per 2 hours
- 41 - 50 FT.....$50 per 2 hours
- 51 FT+ .....$60 per 2 hours
Please note that any hourly dockage that exceeds 2 hours will be charged separately per additional hour after the reservation has been confirmed by the marina. Daily - $2.50 / foot per night
Weekend - $3.00 / foot per night
Holidays are $3.50/ft/night: Memorial Day: May 23rd - May 26th, July 4th Weekend: July 4th - July 6th, Labor Day: August 29 - September 1st.
