The good:
Very nice, new concrete floating docks
Very nice showers, best I've seen
Friendly staff, helpful dockhands
Food at restaurant is pretty good (self serve, no table service)
The ok:
Nothing, except a self serve restaurant and t-shirt store, are within walking distance. Budget extra for Uber rides, nothing is walkable, or even bike-able.
The bad:
This marina is not in a no wake zone. We got waked like crazy! All day and most of the night. It's a high traffic channel and they come at full speed, one after the next, even the coast guard and Sherrif's boats. Sometimes as close as 15-20 feet from the dock. Whatever you do, don't stay on the outside of the T-head. If you do, storm tie and put out extra fenders.

Well when we got to the marina the first day we could not reach them by radio as instructed. Once we pulled up to the dock no one seemed to kmow what was going on. They did not check our reservation they just said dock in this spot.
The next day after boating all the the original docking location was filled with another boat and we had to get with the marina staff to get it moved.
Overall not a welcoming experiance
Marina Response:

Stayed one night so they kept us on the face dock which gets a little rocky, but the marina itself was very nice. The docks and facilities are all newer and the adjacent Island Cabana Bar was excellent. Clearly a popular spot as the place was packed on the Saturday we were there.

The staff and dock hands are fantastic! I’ll stay here again if passing through. The docks are brand new and built well. Easy dingy ride to downtown at the public dock.

Stayed a month here. Nice concrete floating docks. Good location to downtown Charleston, easy walk or bike ride. Nearby Harris Teeter for provisions. As with many marinas in Charleston, the current can be quite strong (3+ knots). Plan your arrival and departure times around slack tide. Also, I would avoid the slips on the outside. Lots of big boat wakes make staying on the outside unpleasant.

Check in was very easy. Staff on the dock were quick to help in a busy marina. Island Cabana food was amazing and great atmosphere. Clean bathrooms and amenities were a great plus.

Great Staff, docks, laundry and shower facilities.
O ly downside was the outside of the T-head being very expired to boat, tug, and freighter wakes.

Nice marina, good location at favorable rate. We stayed 10 days during our southbound cruise so we could travel home. Easy to get Uber and close to downtown attractions. Staff was good and helpful.

I had a great week at Seabreeze Marina in Charleston, SC. The staff were attentive and always ready to help, which made my stay smooth and enjoyable. The marina itself is well-maintained, with very clean laundry and bath facilities that were a pleasure to use. Highly recommend for a comfortable and welcoming experience!

Fabulous! Staff were very helpful, the showers are amazing and the food at the restaurant was excellent. Ubers were easy to get and around $10 to get to the Yorktown or to the historic district.

Beautiful new marina! The bathrooms were like a nice hotel! Great staff to help with docking, fuel. Etc. Nice little ship store and cafe on site with delicious drinks and food! Ubers are easy to get for short rides to town. Highly recommend this gem!

Cole the dock master was fabulous.
Coming in on thanksgiving day, we knew we’d be up for a challenge. The slip we were assigned was tight and difficult to navigate as this was our first time here. The dock hand assigned to us did not answer our hail or call, and we were forced to dock ourselves which resulted in my wife jumping off the boat. We ended up in a slip too small and crooked. Fortunately our departure was assisted and went smoothly. The tide and wind at this marina are challenging. Unless you have a skilled dock hand to explain the how it goes before you arrive, and ready to assist,go elsewhere/

New marina with great new amenities. The staff is great and helpful. The showers are one of the best we've had. The marina is very clean and everything looks new. The laundry costs $5 and dryer costs $3. There are two washing machines and two dryers. The current is ripping through the marina so it is the best to enter and leave the marina in slack tide. The bridge above the marina is a highway so there is a lot of noise even during the night. One of the problems of this marina is that it is very remote and you need to walk to downtown or take an uber. We took our dinghy, which is about a mile ride south, into centerline marina, which is in the downtown and very convenient to walk from it.During the weekend passing boats making wakes but it's not bad. We had some issues with electricity on the dock and other boats too.

Great stay at Seabreeze Marina. Super nice concrete floating docks, walking distance to King street and an easy crossing of the bridge on the walking/bike trail. Great staff and very nice bathroom and shower facilities. Definitely recommend.
